If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Website and the Service immediately.

Morby provides an online platform enabling users to create a will document by inputting personal information into our online system. The Service is intended to provide a simplified method for drafting a will based on the information provided by the User.

2. No Legal Advice and No Solicitor-Client Relationship

Morby is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and the Service does

not offer legal advice. The content and tools provided by us are intended for general

informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice.

No solicitor-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is established between you

and Morby or its employees, contractors, or affiliates as a result of your use of the Service.

By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that Morby is not providing legal advice

or legal services, and no client-solicitor relationship is formed. The Service is not a

substitute for professional legal advice, and we strongly recommend you seek advice from

a qualified solicitor to review any documents produced through the Website and ensure

their legal validity.

You acknowledge that your use of the Website is at your own risk, and you are responsible for consulting a qualified legal professional to ensure that your will is legally valid and enforceable under the laws of England and Wales, as applicable.

is executed or witnessed correctly. You acknowledge that failure to execute or witness the

will properly may render it invalid or unenforceable.

You warrant that all information provided to us is accurate, complete, and truthful. You

acknowledge that any errors or omissions in the information may affect the validity or

enforceability of the will.

The Service relies entirely on the information you input into the system. You are solely

responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-

date. This includes but is not limited to:

- The names of beneficiaries, executors, and any other relevant parties.

- Details of property or assets to be distributed.

- Any special instructions or requests included in the will.


We do not verify the accuracy of the information you provide, and we accept no

responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the will that result from incorrect

or incomplete information submitted by you.


You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided and the will created

comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and legal requirements in your jurisdiction,

including but not limited to execution and witnessing requirements.


No Representation

We do not represent or guarantee that the will document generated through our Service

will be legally valid or enforceable in all circumstances. You acknowledge that the will's

validity and enforceability depend on various factors, including but not limited to

compliance with local laws and regulations.


Amendments and Revocations

You understand that wills can be amended or revoked at any time. We are not responsible

for updating or reflecting changes to your will. You acknowledge that any amendments or

revocations must be properly executed and witnessed.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morby disclaims all liability for any loss, damage, or

inconvenience arising from your use of the Service or Website, including, but not limited to:

- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the will created through the Service or Website;

- The failure of the will to accurately reflect your intentions or to be legally enforceable;

- The use of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User;

- The failure to execute or witness the will in accordance with the legal formalities required

in your jurisdiction;

- Any disputes, litigation, or claims arising from the will, including disputes among

beneficiaries, executors, or third parties.

We accept no liability for the consequences of any reliance placed on the will generated

using the Service.You agree that we shall not be responsible for any losses, damages,

claims, or expenses, including indirect or consequential losses, arising out of your use of

the Service or your reliance on the will.


We disclaim all liability for any: (a) consequences arising from your failure to update or

revise your will; (b) disputes or claims among beneficiaries or third parties; (c) errors or

omissions in the will document; and (d) unauthorised access or use of your account or

documents.

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to properly execute

or witness the will, including but not limited to any disputes, litigation, or claims arising from

the will's validity or enforceability.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent that our liability cannot be excluded by law, you agree that our total liability

for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the

Website and Service will be limited to the amount paid by you for the use of the Service in

the 12 months preceding the claim.


In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not fully permissible under law, the limitation of liability set forth herein shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected to:

- The provision of inaccurate or incomplete information given by you;

- Any breach of these Terms;

- Any misuse or misrepresentation of the will created using the Website.

refundable, and you agree to pay the charges and fees applicable to the Service selected

You acknowledge that the will generated will not be considered final or usable until
